Hotel Royale

Basic but clean so if you're a social animal and you just need someone to lay your head near the nightlife this is for you. As For the two guys that run it they were absolutely delightful nothing is too much trouble breakfast was quickly served and very nice

Lovely homely place. Peter the owner was very nice and could not do enough for you. So easygoing. The room was perfect. Very comfortble bed and it was great that all rooms are ensuite. The breakfast service was brilliant. I was running in the half marathon over the weekend. Great location very quite street .Perfect location for my race. Best place i have stayed in Blackpool. Thank you

First off 5* is because it's close to the station and town, the room is spotless, smells nice and the bed is comfy. And seems nice and quiet. The room is at a perfect temperature despite the cold day outside. Not a party hotel, more for the quieter guest I reckon. Not a bad price for a double room either. Be aware, they charge by the guest here not the room. Quick update, I had the best sleep for ages last night...very pleased. Also the breakfast room is bright and clean and breakfast was good.

Stopped on Saturday 8/10/22 not expecting much after staying in similar location. Very surprised at the size of a single room with on suite. Very polite staff very clean and welcoming. Peter was a great front of house and breakfast was really good. Overall I will contact them first when I return to Blackpool. Thankyou for a plea sent stay Hotel Royale.

Recommended by a friend. Great location, round the corner from the station. We stayed for a long weekend. Everything about our stay was excellent. Pete n Neil are two lovely friendly people. Would definitely stay again. We felt very comfortable. Thankyou both x

I stayed here for one night. I was visiting Blackpool for a birthday party at Funny Girls and I saw this hotel was on the next road. Honestly, I was worried before I got there because it was so cheap but I’m glad I stayed there. I saved £75 by choosing a night here instead of the premier inn. Obviously it’s not somewhere I would choose for a romantic getaway, but on my own it was convenient and good value. The building is very old, so it won’t be as warm as a new build, and the water does take a few minutes to get hot; but everything is spotlessly clean, the heating was on, and when the shower did get hot it was very hot. I was going to skip breakfast, but I’m glad I didn’t. The dining room is clean and homely feeling, and the food was really good. You can help yourself to cereals and orange juice, and the waiter will bring you toast, tea or coffee and an English breakfast if you want it. It is incredibly good value and was the perfect breakfast after a lively night out! This seems like a hotel where the owners and staff really take pride in providing good service. They are polite and friendly. That, and the super convenient location (a few minutes walk to train station and ten minute stroll along the promenade to the town centre) makes this a great place to stay.

Stayed here for one night and it was fantastic from start to finish.!The breakfast was gorgeous and I don't usually say this as I'm very fussy . Would definitely recommend and would most definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 1 night got welcomed at the front door ( secure with pin access) and took to our room which was spacious with our own little bathroom Breakfast was delicious filling and well presented Staff/owners were really polite and friendly The location was perfect as we’d not of found the great bars round the corner (one being the flying handbag) had we not stayed here We’d definitely stay here again Thank you xx

Only stayed here the one night but thought it was very good for the price. Clean, comfortable, good location. Nice breakfast and the owners seemed very pleasant. Would happily stay here again.
